Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have entered processing and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Lifetime Guarantee

We encourage you to try our products for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re not satisfied after this period, you may contact us to initiate a refund.

Our guarantee remains valid as long as Craft core is actively operating and fulfilling orders. If Craft core were ever to cease operations, we would be unable to process new claims. We recommend reaching out within 30 days of any issues.

Damaged Items

We package all items with care, but if your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing atlasattireus@gmail.com. Include a clear photo of the damage in your message. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
